After nearly 4 years of transformation, Lagoas Park has officially launched its new Central Plaza & Retail Gallery — the heart of a global repositioning strategy designed and implemented by CBRE Portugal for our client, Henderson Park.

The Grand Opening Event marked much more than the end of a refurbishment phase. It celebrated a new chapter, a new identity, and the vibrant community behind it.
