On June 7th, as part of the Municipality celebrations in Oeiras, Henderson Park, investment fund responsible for Lagoas Park, was honored with the Municipal Gold Medal of Merit, awarded by the Mayor Isaltino Morais. The ceremony took place in the Gardens of Palácio dos Marqueses de Pombal, where individuals and organisations were recognised for their contribution to the region. The award was received by Mr. Mrinal Jalan, Managing Director at Henderson Park, joined by CBRE Portugal and Insula Capital.

 

 

Since acquiring Lagoas Park in 2020, Henderson Park has invested over €25 million in upgrading the asset, including improvement of infrastructures, indoor and outdoor common areas, and sustainable solutions, all aimed at enhancing the everyday experience of park users and visitors. Henderson Park and Lagoas Park extend our sincere thanks to Municipality of Oeiras (Câmara Municipal de Oeiras) for this meaningful recognition.
