The Moinho em Movimento Association is a non-profit association whose mission is to promote the social integration of the residents of the Moinho das Rolas Municipal Neighbourhood, by analysing their problems and seeking solutions that enhance them, as well as dignifying their human qualities. It provides services such as the promotion and support of social and community integration, support for children and young people, support for families and senior citizens, the creation of social facilities that benefit the community, and the organisation of cultural, recreational and sporting activities.

To also help with this mission, Lagoas Park has established a partnership with the Moinho em Movimento Association, with the aim of helping the families supported by the Association through solidarity actions.
