A Farmácia Group consists of 17 pharmacies in the Greater Lisbon area and the south bank of the Tagus River – Lagoas Park, Massamá, Benfica, Saldanha, among others. Establishing partnerships since 2008, it has extensive experience in in-store customer service, online sales of pharmaceutical products, and the supply of medicines and services to companies, senior residences, among others.

• Purchase discounts

In-store purchases at A FARMÁCIA pharmacies + Orders by Email:

• 10% direct discount on the amount payable (except for exclusions), plus 5% of the amount credited to the virtual Protocolo + Vantagens A FARMÁCIA card.
• When €50 is accumulated on the virtual card, a €2.50 voucher (additional 5%) is granted, usable within 30 days on purchases over €2.50.
• The accumulated balance is shown on the receipt together with the invoice.

Online purchases (Website):

• Prescription Medicines (MSRM): Available for online purchase; automatically forwarded to the order team; same conditions as in-store purchases.
• Non-Prescription Medicines (MNSRM): 10% discount already included.
• Dermocosmetics, Supplements, Baby care, Accessories, Perfumes and Haircare: 20% discount already included.
• With partner/Lagoas Park login, you earn 1 point for every €1 spent.
• When 50 points are accumulated, a €2.50 coupon (additional 5%) is granted, usable on the website within 30 days.

Exceptions: For legal reasons, prescription medicines with a retail price ≥ €50 are not eligible for discounts (subject to legal changes). Diabetes protocol products, infant milk and baby cereals, scarce products, and pandemic-related items are excluded. Conditions may change without prior notice. Not combinable with other A Farmácia protocols.

Delivery / Shipping Service

Home / Company / Entity deliveries (Greater Lisbon & South Bank):

• Delivery of medicines and products.
• Free deliveries, with no minimum order, for partners.
• Delivery fees may apply in bordering municipalities on the south bank.
• Delivery time: orders placed by 12:00 are delivered the same afternoon (business days, exceptions may apply).

Other municipalities in mainland Portugal:

• Products only (no medicines).
• In Greater Lisbon: free delivery for partner companies and entities.
• For non-partners: free delivery on orders ≥ €25; €4.99 fee for orders below.

Islands (Madeira and Azores) and abroad: subject to different fees, delivery times, and legal restrictions.

Express deliveries:

• Available every day (except December 25th and January 1st).
• Fee of €3.99.
• Orders between 8:30 AM and 9:00 PM.
• Guaranteed delivery within up to 2 hours.
